I’ve got something a little different for you this time around – I’m speaking with the wonderful Nicki Williams on all things hormones. Nicki is an award-winning nutritionist, author, speaker and the founder of Happy Hormones. Through her incredible work, Nicki helps women of all ages to reclaim their health, balance their hormones and feel better than ever.

I’m so excited to be speaking with Nicki today, because she supported me a few years ago through my own health journey, which I share a bit more about in our interview.
